TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
The owner of the online shop LN Beauty (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is LN Beauty Estonia OÜ, registration code 16378717, legal address Aedvilja tn 4-16 Kesklinna district, Tallinn Harju maakond 10120, Estonia.
The terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the purchase of products (“Product”) from the Online Shop between the user of the Online Shop (“Customer”) and the owner of the Online Shop, LN Beauty Estonia OÜ (“Online Shop”).
In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relations arising in the course of using the E-shop are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The Online Shop reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be published on the website and shall enter into force immediately upon publication. By placing an order through the Online Shop, the Customer confirms that he/she has accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The prices of the products sold on the Online Shop are expressed in euros (€). The price is subject to a delivery charge. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
Payment for the goods can be made through the Montonio payment centre. The bank account can be used at the following Estonian banks. Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank. Bank links can be used in the following foreign banks: Citadele and Revolut. Visa and mastercard can be used to pay by card. In addition, you can pay by PayPal and invoice.
To place an order, you must add the desired products to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the charge will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method.
The contract will enter into force as soon as the amount due has been credited to the account of the Webshop. In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.
The shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and the corresponding price information is displayed under the shipping method.
Products are ready for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated. The product will be delivered to the Customer by a parcel service or can be picked up at the LN Beauty salon by the Customer.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the Buyer within 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies to standard products. Returns cannot be made for special customer-specific products and products made to order, as indicated in the order confirmation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
After receipt of the product, the Customer has 14 days to examine the product. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Product for any reason, the Customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days by informing the Online Shop of the return request by e-mail to email@example.com.
The Product to be returned must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it reached the Customer. The Product must be unused, i.e. the Product must not have any marks, traces or damage that the Product did not have when it reached the Customer. Products with signs of use will not be taken back by the Webshop and will be returned to the Customer.
Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the Online Store will refund the cost of the Goods to the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the returned Goods reach the Online Store within 14 days of the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
In the event of defects in the Product, the Customer is obliged to contact the Online Shop as soon as possible in order to submit a claim. The Online Shop will replace the Product or, if this is not possible, refund the cost of the Product. If the Product is damaged, the costs of replacement of the Product shall be borne by the Webshop. The right to lodge a claim shall be 30 days from the date of purchase.
The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a maximum period of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
LN Beauty is the controller of personal data.
The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for the purpose of processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods, and we transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
All personal data of the customer that is disclosed during the visit to the online shop and during the purchase will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the personal data of the person making the purchase and the bank details.
The online shop will only send newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address if the purchaser has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
You always have the right to seek redress from the Data Protection Inspectorate or the courts to protect your data. The Data Protection Inspectorate is a national authority which can also be contacted for advice or assistance on personal data protection issues.
If the purchaser has a complaint regarding the Online Shop, he or she should send it by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the purchaser and the online shop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
